Please confirm your menu selections 10 business days prior to your booking. Is there a kid’s menu? We are happy to welcome children into the restaurant however we are unable to offer dining options outside of the existing menu. Do I need to pay a deposit? Yes, you will need to pay 25% of the total food bill. When do I need to pay a deposit for my booking? You are required to pay your deposit five business days prior to your event. What payment methods do you offer? We accept EFTPOS, credit card or cash. Is there a cancellation policy? A full refund of deposit will be offered for any reservation changes, reduction in guest numbers or cancellations made up to five working days prior to the booking date. Any changes madewithin five working days of the booking may not be eligible to receive a refund of any deposits paid. Is there a dress code? A dress code of a high standard smart casual attire is required for all diners, including children. Are there high chairs available? Yes, please speak with our staff directly to arrange. Can I bring in my own special bottle of alcohol? BYO is not permitted in the restaurant. We are confident you will find a wine to match your palette and price point on our comprehensive wine list. Is there a room hire fee? A room hire fee will be charged if the minimum spend for a private dining booking is not reached. The room hire fee is included in the wedding packages price. Are we allowed to bring our own cake? Yes, should you wish to make special arrangements for a cake please contact our reservations team for a list of approved suppliers and specific delivery instructions. Are we allowed to have speeches? Speeches and formalities are only permitted if the restaurant is privately booked. To ensure an optimum level of comfort for all guests we ask that guests refrain from giving speeches when the venue is shared with other diners.
